bachelor's degree in psychology. Being directed again by God, he and his family moved just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio where he attended and graduated from Miami University with highest honors, receiving a Master of Science degree in School Psychology.

After accepting Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior, Pastor Fulton has been faithfully and actively involved in various ministries at the churches he attended and within the communities he lived. Under the tutelage of some of the most faithful and dynamic men and women of God Pastor Fulton has served as a minister, choir member, usher, missionary team leader, Sunday school teacher, Christian education director, etc. He has provided various workshops in the community-at-large such as parenting strategies, anger management, stress management, effective communications and marriage enrichment. He was an adjunct professor at Miami University, Ashland University and International Apostolic University. He has ministered in prison, juvenile detention centers, youth offender programs, drug and alcohol programs and at-risk student programs. Pastor Fulton by the grace of God and through accurate instruction in the Word of God has been shaped into the compassionate and committed individual he is today. From his humble beginnings in poverty to his present prosperity, Pastor Fulton declares then as he does now, “To God be the glory, for the things he has done.”

Pastor Fulton returned to the Maryland/DC area in September 2006 at the directing of the Spirit of God to preach the gospel of freedom, restoration and deliverance to those who have been beaten, battered and bruised and left by the roadside dazed and in despair. Knowledgeable, humorous and energetic Pastor Fulton is committed to delivering the word of God with clarity, power and authority. God has given him a clear mission statement from Habakkuk 2:2, “…Write the vision and make it plain that he that reads might run…” Pastor Fulton has persisted in this task from the time God called him to be a minister at nineteen years of age until this very day. Preach! Pastor Fulton will preach at the drop of a hat. Preach! Pastor Fulton will preach instantly in season and out of season. Preach! Pastor Fulton will preach without restraint or respect of person. Preach! Pastor Fulton will preach by the Spirit of God, the Word of God that heals, saves and delivers. Pastor Fulton believes in the deepest part of his being that he is called by God, ordained by God and directed by God, to this place, at this time, to bring this word, to this people. No more secrets, no more lies, no more deception. Moses knew, like most Israelites, to see God's face was to die. Yet he spent so much time with God and his relationship grew so intimate with God that he asked the improbable, “God show me your glory.” Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be so close, so intimate with God that you can say without fear, “Show me your glory?” Well, here is your chance because Pastor Fulton believes that supporting people in building their relationship with God is more important than building a “church.” Simply put Pastor Fulton believes in “prosperity from the inside out.” Now that will preach! Preach!!
